Job Description
Bitwarden is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Campaign Specialist to play a pivotal role in executing revenue-generating paid programs. The ideal candidate will have experience creating social media campaigns, writing and publishing blogs and other long-form content, and analyzing performance across several channels. This team member will work closely with a diverse set of marketing professionals and resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
-Work with stakeholders to execute ad strategies from ideation, writing ad copy, creating visuals, and launching campaigns that nurture prospects from marketing-influenced leads into quality business opportunities
-Take ownership of campaigns and channels such as third-party review sites to develop effective strategies, test, and iterate to optimize for maximum business impact
-Collaborate to align paid activities with organic social strategies and community engagement efforts to provide the best user journey experience
-Support and execute the day-to-day activities of paid programs that generate purchase-ready leads, including but not limited to digital advertising, account-based marketing, virtual events, content syndication, and paid sponsorships
-Perform regular analysis and reporting to identify areas of opportunity, assess campaign and channel performance, and create transparency into paid marketing activities
-Partner cross-functionally to develop engaging and relevant content by conducting research, writing content, and publishing to the appropriate channel to strengthen our competitive position and influence revenue generation

Desired Experience and Qualifications
There is no required number of years of experience for this position. At Bitwarden, we are seeking candidates who have the right experience and mindset with proven results in the following areas:

-Experience creating thoughtful, thematic campaigns and ads executed across channels
-Experience using paid or organic search, display, and social advertising platforms to drive business interest, including but -not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, Quora, Twitter, and Facebook
-Experience with key marketing technology including Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
-Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Partner and Product teams
-Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable takeaways
-Possess the ability to learn, adapt, and process new information quickly

What to Expect in the Interviewing Process

Selected candidates will be invited to schedule screening calls and then progress through the following stages:
-Interview with Demand Generation Marketing Manager (45 minutes)
-Interview with the Head of Growth Marketing (30 minutes)
-Interviews with Go To Market team members and Chief Customer Officer (30 minutes)
-References and interview with CEO (30 minutes)
