We're looking for a Senior React Developer to join our Glific frontend team in the short term, and work on other Tech4Dev projects going forward (https://chintugudiya.org/tech4dev/)
Glific is an open-source project built on top of the WhatsApp Business API with a specific focus on non-profit organizations. NGOs use the platform to distribute information & content, get feedback, and provide the right information at the desired pace to their end beneficiaries. This role will be responsible for enhancing and implementing new functionalities in Glific. We are using React.js, Typescript, React testing library, apollo-graphql, and WebSockets. You should be familiar with React and its ecosystem. Past experience with a recent version of React codebase is a plus but it's not a requirement.
We're looking for an engineer who is comfortable with a fast-moving environment and can learn quickly. This is a mostly remote position but you may be required to go to face-to-face meetings with other developers once a quarter or so.
