Unterstützung für die PROJEKT KOORDINATION (studentische Hilfskraft oder Werkstudent:in, W/M/D)

Im Rahmen seines Mandats pilotiert der Sovereign Tech Fund ein Bug Bounty Programm. Das Ziel ist es, Projekte in die Lage zu versetzen, die Sicherheitslage des Open-Source-Ökosystems zu verbessern, die Anzahl potenzieller Schwachstellen zu verringern und verborgene technische Schulden zu bearbeiten. Zu den Aufgaben gehört es, die Projektleiter:innen beim Aufbau dieses Programms zu unterstützen, mit Partnern, Projekten und Forschern zusammenzuarbeiten, um die ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung und den Lernprozess sicherzustellen und die Erkenntnisse in einem Bericht zusammenzufassen.

Purpose of the job

We are looking for a support engineer to provide stellar support to Passbolt customers and community members. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot installation issues, help reproduce bugs, participate in discussions related to performance or usability issues. You will also maintain the knowledge base by writing how-to and technical documentation.

Main responsibilities

Evaluate, prioritize and help resolve Passbolt customer support cases.

You have some experience with Git, Gitlab, CI/CD.
Interest in security and solid practical understanding of OpenPGP.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team.
