We are looking for software developers (m/f/d) to support us in the continuous development of our cross-platform (Linux, Windows, MacOS, various Unixes) open source backup software "Bareos".

What we expect from you
- relevant studies, apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
- Interest in Free Software
- Confident handling of Linux
- Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, FreeBSD, Solaris or AIX desirable
- Confident handling of Git
- Programming experience in modern C/C++ (preferably C++14/C++17)
- Basic knowledge in CMake and CTest
- Programming experience with shell scripts and Python desirable
- Knowledge of Jenkins, GoogleTest and packaging (RPM, DEB, NSIS, etc.) is an advantage
- Understanding of backup and restore processes, as well as related hardware and software helpful
- Good English skills
