With the rise in customer demand for the software products in our portfolio (Flagsmith.com & Browserless.io), we are looking for a Support Engineer to help our customers solve technical issues and have an amazing experience along the way.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the support queue to ensure fast resolution and customer happiness
Support the sales team with product demos during sales calls
Create internal tickets to ensure engineering can solve bugs and improve the product
Update and maintain the knowledge base to help self-serve customers find answers on their own
Write occasional blog posts or connect with developer community through Github
