We are looking to hire our first team member outside of the founding partners at Polychrome Capital. Our mission is to bring our collective experience as operators to B2B Open Source Software companies and help them achieve outcomes that they would not be able to on their own. We accomplish this through operating alongside founders of our portfolio companies, advising venture-backed startups and creating thought leadership content for anyone to consume.
As the Head of Marketing / Developer Relations, you will split your time between these main focus areas:
Drive consistent demand via repeatable marketing frameworks, programs and systems to be leveraged across our portfolio companies: Flagsmith.com & Browserless.io
Advise our venture-backed clients on setting up consistent marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
Create awareness via thought leadership content & distribution for Polychrome.
Beyond loving all facets of marketing to technical audiences, you will have expertise in these areas:
Content-led Marketing for technical audiences
SEO, SEM (technical reviews)
The ideal candidate that we are looking for has the following experience:
Early-Stage B2B SaaS
Curating Writers, Copywriting & Editing Technical Content
SEO strategy from the technical side to the best practices
Understand how to test various channels and attribute success
